All orders are shipped with a track and trace code. You can find your track and trace code in the confirmation email you receive after we have shipped your order.

It can sometimes be complicated to determine your ring size. That is why we have developed this ring size meter to help you with that. We also provide more explanation about measuring your size on our size chart page

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a 'back in stock' notification. Go to the product you want to order and enter your email address. After signing up, you will receive an email when the product is back in stock.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order yourself after placing it. Of course, you can always contact us without obligation via email or WhatsApp. We will then see how we can assist you.
